    CDE Setup

    Configure the Common Data Environment with proper folder structures, access controls and workflows.

    Discipline Model Authoring

    Create individual discipline models (Architectural, Structural, MEP) following agreed standards.

    Model Coordination & Clash Detection

    Federate models and perform automated clash detection with resolution tracking.

    QA & Compliance Checks

    Verify models against BEP requirements, LOD specifications and data standards.

    Information Delivery & Reporting

    Package and deliver information at agreed milestones with comprehensive reports.

  8. 08

    Handover & AIM

    Deliver the Asset Information Model for facility management and operations.
