His grounding is hands-on rather than purely commercial. Over seven years working in Autodesk Revit and BIM tooling, he has delivered architectural, construction and permit sets to US, UK and Australian codes, alongside point cloud and Matterport-to-Revit conversion, custom parametric families, template standardisation and photorealistic visualisation.

That technical fluency shapes how he scopes work: commitments are made against what the production team can genuinely deliver, not against an optimistic sales figure. It is an approach reflected in consistent five-star client feedback and repeat engagements — and one that carries directly into how Global BIM Build takes on work in the Gulf.

Co-founder of Archilance LLC, Asad supervises all projects and technical operations — enforcing standards compliance and quality control, streamlining workflows, and allocating resources so that delivery stays predictable as volume scales.

Archilance operates as an extended production partner to architects, interior designers and builders, running a team of 50+ architects that lets client firms absorb rising workloads without trading away quality or deadlines. Under his technical direction that capability spans construction and permit sets, interior design packages, point cloud to BIM, Revit-based delivery, and 3D visualisation, walkthroughs and animation.

With over 15 years in architecture and as an AIA International Associate, he brings clarity, structure and close attention to detail to every engagement. The objective he holds the operation to is a straightforward one — make the client's workflow smoother, faster and more predictable — and it is the same discipline that underpins Global BIM Build's ISO 19650 delivery.

His journey through the architecture, engineering, and construction industry has given him first-hand insight into the challenges of fragmented information, inefficient workflows, and disconnected project teams. This deep understanding drives his commitment to transforming how projects are delivered — moving beyond conventional design approaches to fully integrated, data-rich Building Information Modelling solutions.

Under his technical leadership, Global BIM Build empowers AEC firms to embrace ISO 19650-compliant workflows, ensuring that every project benefits from enhanced coordination, reduced risk, and seamless information flow from concept through to construction and beyond.
